Returns & Refund Policy

Conditions

• You may return products within 14 days of delivery.
• Return shipping is at your expense unless the product is defective.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

How to return non-defective products

1. Contact our customer service to request a return.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Send it back at your own cost to the provided return address.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price. We reserve the right to deduct an amount if:

• Additional costs were incurred for orders completed through Klarna or a similar payment provider, and these costs are not reimbursed to us when processing a refund.
• the item is no longer in like-new condition;
• parts or accessories are missing; or
• its condition significantly impairs resellability.

Defective products

• If an item is defective, we cover the return shipping costs.
• Please contact customer service first for instructions and a return label.

Exceptions

This policy does not apply to:

• custom-made or personalised items;
• sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed.
